



Ingredients:
- 250g fresh tuna, diced
- 125g cherry tomatoes
- 6-10 Kalamata olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley to serve (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil with half a clove of garlic in a pan.
- Add the washed cherry tomatoes (quartered), Kalamata olives, and 30ml of water to the pan.
- Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the tuna (cubes or fillet) to the pan and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook the tuna to your preferred doneness (this usually takes around 2-5 minutes).
- Place the cooked tuna on a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley (if desired), and serve hot.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve with a few slices of sourdough olive bread and steamed spinach.
