Greek yogurt with whey proteins, frozen berries, flaxseed, and chia seeds.

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt (0% fat or full fat, according to preference)
  • Mixed berries (frozen for texture and nutrition)
  • Protein powder (whey protein isolate for high protein content and slow absorption, or plant-based powder with at least 20 grams of protein per serving)
  • Flaxseeds
  • Chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Greek Yogurt Base:
    • Scoop desired amount of Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Add Frozen Berries:
    • Mix in a generous portion of frozen mixed berries to the yogurt.
  3. Incorporate Protein Powder:
    • Add a serving of protein powder (whey protein isolate or plant-based) to the yogurt mixture. Stir well to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with Seeds:
    • Sprinkle flaxseeds and chia seeds over the top of the yogurt mixture.
  5. Enjoy:
    • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    • Enjoy this nutritious and satisfying yogurt bowl!
