GF pancakes with blueberries, raspberries and protein yoghurt.

Ingredients:

  • 180g pancake mix (one bag, which will make 6-8 pancakes)
  • 225ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 egg
  • Oil spray for cooking
  • Fresh berries
  • Protein yogurt (e.g., 25g protein strawberry-flavored yogurt)
  • Maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
    • Mix 180g of pancake mix with 225ml of semi-skimmed milk and 1 egg.
  2. Heat the Pan:
    • Heat some oil in a nonstick pan or use oil spray.
  3. Cook the Pancakes:
    • Pour portions of the pancake batter into the pan.
    • Cook both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve the pancakes with fresh berries, protein yogurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Ready in 10 minutes and really yummy! 😋
