Easy high-protein breakfast/snack recipe. 


“Strawberry yogurt with berries, nuts, and seeds”.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pot of 20-25 g protein yogurt
  • 1 handful of mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
  • 4 half walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Add the berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and any other toppings you like.

Note:

  • Seeds and nuts are optional. Adjust to your own taste 🙂
