Ingredients:
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 slice dark sourdough bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the bread.
- Smash the avocado, season with salt and pepper, and spread it on top of the bread.
- Add the smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle with more black pepper.
- Enjoy!
