Chicken and avocado tortilla. Just delish and so easy to make!

Ingredients for One Tortilla:

  • 1 chicken breast (approximately 150 g)
  • 1 tortilla (choose a brand that is higher in proteins, fibers, and lower in fat)
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 2-4 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt, black pepper, turmeric (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Cook the chicken breast in a non-stick pan.
    • Season with black pepper, turmeric, a pinch of salt, and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
  2. Prepare the Avocado Mix:
    • Mash half of the small avocado.
    • Add a few cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the Tortilla:
    • Use the pan you cooked the chicken in to warm the tortilla for a few seconds.
  4. Assemble the Tortilla:
    • Place the cooked chicken, avocado mix, and some shredded green salad onto the tortilla.
  5. Enjoy:
    • Wrap the tortilla and enjoy! 😋
