Ingredients for One Tortilla:
- 1 chicken breast (approximately 150 g)
- 1 tortilla (choose a brand that is higher in proteins, fibers, and lower in fat)
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2-4 cherry tomatoes
- Salt, black pepper, turmeric (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken:
- Cook the chicken breast in a non-stick pan.
- Season with black pepper, turmeric, a pinch of salt, and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
- Prepare the Avocado Mix:
- Mash half of the small avocado.
- Add a few cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the Tortilla:
- Use the pan you cooked the chicken in to warm the tortilla for a few seconds.
- Assemble the Tortilla:
- Place the cooked chicken, avocado mix, and some shredded green salad onto the tortilla.
- Enjoy:
