Oven-baked chicken thighs and drumsticks with asparagus and crunchy chickpeas 😋

Ingredients for 2:
*800gr circa of chicken thighs and drumstick
*250gr of chickpeas pre-cooked and drained
*6 cherry tomatoes
*300gr of asparagus or more
*salt, pepper and olive oil

Method:

▪️wash and peel the base (hard part) of the asparagus
▪️remove the skin of the chickpeas (if you have kids, make them help. They will love it 🤪)
▪️remove the skin from the chicken thigh and drumstick
▪️place all in the oven tray with parchment paper
▪️salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with some olive oil (2tsp)
▪️Cook in a preheated oven at 220c for 25-30minutes.
▪️Check after 15 minutes, take out the asparagus and chickpeas if ready, turn the meat and let it cook fully.
▪️place all in a plate
