Dark sourdough salmon open sandwich.

2slices of smoked salmon

1/4 avocado

1 dark sourdough bread

Salt and pepper to taste

My lighter version of the “English Breakfast”.

1 egg

2 small sausage

2 tablespoons of baked beans in a can

1 slice of dark sourdough bread

Mixed salad

Salt and pepper to taste

Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to season the salad

Easy high-protein breakfast/snack recipe. 

1 pot of 20-25 g protein yogurt

1 handful of mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)

4 half walnuts

1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds

1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds

Chocolatey Porridge, high in protein and fiber.

55 g of gluten-free oats

1 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate

20 g of cacao powder

200 ml soya milk (high in proteins)

1 espresso shot (optional)
