50 g black rice (or any rice of your choice; I used Riso di Venere)
2 eggs
5-6 cherry tomatoes
50 g grilled chicken (leftover from dinner)
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
My lighter version of the “English Breakfast”.

2 small sausage
2 tablespoons of baked beans in a can
1 slice of dark sourdough bread
Mixed salad
Salt and pepper to taste
Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to season the salad
