Chocolatey Porridge, high in protein and fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 55 g of gluten-free oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate
  • 20 g of cacao powder
  • 200 ml soya milk (high in proteins)
  • 1 espresso shot (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir to dissolve any lumps and crumbles.
  4. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestion:

  • Have it with a portion of blueberries for more fiber.

Note:

  • As you can see in the nutrients list, we have already got 13 g of fiber with just this meal (our daily goal is 30 g).
