Ingredients:
- 55 g of gluten-free oats
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate
- 20 g of cacao powder
- 200 ml soya milk (high in proteins)
- 1 espresso shot (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir to dissolve any lumps and crumbles.
- Enjoy!
Serving Suggestion:
- Have it with a portion of blueberries for more fiber.
Note:
- As you can see in the nutrients list, we have already got 13 g of fiber with just this meal (our daily goal is 30 g).
