Dark sourdough salmon open sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 slice dark sourdough bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Smash the avocado, season with salt and pepper, and spread it on top of the bread.
  3. Add the smoked salmon.
  4. Sprinkle with more black pepper.
  5. Enjoy!
