Delicious and refreshing smoothie in just 2 minutes…or less to make it 😅

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 125 ml cherry-flavored kefir
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (or almond flour, with a bit of water if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a blender, add the frozen blueberries, cherry-flavored kefir, vanilla whey protein powder (or almond flour), and chia seeds.
  2. Blend:
    • Blend everything together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Enjoy:
    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy your delicious and nutritious drink!

Note: Feel free to adjust the consistency by adding more kefir or water if it becomes too thick.
