- 225ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 egg
- Oil spray for cooking
- Fresh berries
- Protein yogurt (e.g., 25g protein strawberry-flavored yogurt)
- Maple syrup
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pancake Batter:
- Mix 180g of pancake mix with 225ml of semi-skimmed milk and 1 egg.
- Heat the Pan:
- Heat some oil in a nonstick pan or use oil spray.
- Cook the Pancakes:
- Pour portions of the pancake batter into the pan.
- Cook both sides until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Serve the pancakes with fresh berries, protein yogurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
