“Strawberry yogurt with berries, nuts, and seeds”.
Ingredients:
- 1 pot of 20-25 g protein yogurt
- 1 handful of mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
- 4 half walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
Instructions:
- Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
- Add the berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and any other toppings you like.
Note:
- Seeds and nuts are optional. Adjust to your own taste 🙂
